The Longleaf Partners Funds and the Longleaf Partners UCITS Funds (“Longleaf”) collect nonpublic personal information about our shareholders from the following sources:

Information on applications or other forms, such as name, address, age, bank account information, and social security number; and Information about Longleaf transactions, such as purchase and redemption activity and account balances.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to service providers involved in administering and servicing Longleaf accounts. Otherwise, we do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our present or former shareholders to third parties, except as required by law. We and our service providers maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in accord with federal regulations to protect the nonpublic personal information of Longleaf shareholders.

If you hold Longleaf shares through a financial intermediary, such as a broker-dealer, bank, or trust company, the privacy policy of your financial intermediary governs how your nonpublic personal information would be shared with non-affiliated third parties.
