Southeastern Asset Management, Inc. serves as investment manager to the Longleaf Partners Unit Trust (“Longleaf UCITS”), an Irish domiciled unit trust authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS fund, as well as the US based Longleaf Partners Funds, a Massachusetts business trust registered with the US SEC under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Other than sharing the same investment manager and having similar investment strategies, each is separate and unrelated, governed by different regulatory systems, and has its own Board of Directors.
